Process

Everything you need to know about joining our kindergarten community

We’re delighted you’re considering North Epping Kindergarten for your child. Our enrolment process is simple and designed to be as smooth and supportive as possible for families.

Join the waitlist

Families can register on our waitlist from when their child is 3 months old. We encourage early registration to give you the best chance of securing a place.

You will need a copy of your child’s birth certificate or passport, a current immunisation history statement and pay the wait list application fee, upto $50.00.

Priority of access

Places are offered in accordance with our Priority of Access policy to ensure we meet the needs of our community.

Priority is given to children at risk of serious harm, low income families with government issued pensioner or healthcare cards for the family, children with diagnosed disabilities.
Children who turn 4yo on or before 31st of July in the current year; then
Children who are 3yo.

2.

Offer of a place

Children can start at North Epping Kindergarten once they have turned 3. When a place becomes available, we will contact you with an offer.

We start enrolling children for next year, from June in the current year.

Confirm your child’s place

To confirm your child’s place:

A bond of $300 is payable.
The bond is held on your account for the duration of your child’s enrolment and will be applied as a credit to your final term’s fees.
