How Fees Are Paid
A fee invoice for the term (10 weeks) is usually issued week one or two and is payable on Tuesday, the following week.
Payments can be paid by direct deposit to our account or through direct debit electronic payment options available in our preschool software including debit and credit card options. Transaction fees apply for all direct debit payments.
Families may arrange to pay by installments across the term — simply speak to our office team to set this up. Terms fees must be paid by end of week 6 of term. Payments by direct deposit only.
NSW Government Start Strong Fee Relief
In 2026, eligible families can receive up to $3,565 per year, per child off their preschool fees and charges at North Epping Kindergarten.
Low income families with HCC/PCC cards or NDIS plans may receive a higher amount of up to $4,456 per year.
The fee relief is pro-rated based on your child’s enrolment hours for the calendar year and split across your enrolment with us.
Please note: This funding can only be claimed at one preschool or childcare service. Families need to complete a Fee Relief and Consent Form nominating North Epping Kindergarten as their chosen service.
If you have any questions about fees, payment options, or government fee relief, we are here to help.
Other Charges & Policies
To help cover the costs of maintaining our high-quality learning environment, a one-off maintenance and consumables levy of $200 per child per year is charged at the start of your child’s enrolment.
This levy supports:
General maintenance and upkeep of our kindergarten
Classroom consumables
Incursions and special entertainment
Equipment replacement and repairs
A North Epping Kindergarten sunhat, wet bag, and sunscreen
No additional levies are payable during your child’s enrolment.
Late Pick-Up Policy
We understand that delays can happen, but in the interests of both children and educators, a late pick-up fee applies when children are collected after the end of their class:
0–15 minutes late: $10
15-30 mins late: $20
We appreciate families’ support in helping us maintain a calm and timely end to each day.
Other information
Preschool fees apply for all absences including holidays or illness. We do not offer catch-up classes if your child is absent.
Our preschool is closed for all public holidays and during NSW school holiday periods.
A preschool fees statement is usually issued in the last week of the prior term showing all fees, charges and payments for the calendar year
