Immunising your child
NSW Government legislated in 2018 that all children who attend NSW preschools must be up to date with their immunisations to enrol at preschool.
Children who cannot be immunised due to a medical condition or who are on a recognised catch-up schedule can still enrol upon presentation of the appropriate documentation issued by Australian Immunisation Register or a signed form completed by an authorised/registered GP.
If your child has received an immunisation since starting at preschool, please provide us with an updated immunisation form from the Australian Immunisation Register.
You can upload this to the XAP portal, email it to the office, or pass a copy to your child’s educators.
